Marques Harris
Founder & Operator
Former NFL player for the San Diego Chargers and the San Francisco 49ers, Marques Harris has parlayed his career into an entrepreneur with multiple businesses. Previously, he was owner of multiple Colorado-area businesses and currently holds a real estate license in the State of Colorado. He is now focused on real estate and multifamily development projects. Since 2012, he has renovated and flipped over 15 single and multi family homes with his business partner. Currently, he has four crews and is undertaking a $2 million, five-unit new urban development project in the Denver area. Marques is a philanthropist as founder of the Harris’ Kids Foundation where he raises money for underprivileged children to enable them to play high school sports and help mentor them toward future success. In addition, he regularly volunteers for community events. During his professional football career, he gained national notoriety for celebrating big defensive plays with a back-flip that has been replayed on highlight shows across the country, including ESPN’s Sports Center. Marques has a B.A. degree in Communications from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Joel Is Co-Founder of Pi Legacy Holdings. In this role, he is responsible for researching projects and investments for the real estate fund. Joel brings considerable experience to the position, leveraging his deep expertise in the construction industry. In 1996, he founded All In One Contractors, a fully licensed and insured construction company that specializes in roofing and guttering for residential homes, custom builds, new construction, and multi-unit complexes. Still operating today, the company has earned over $50 million in revenue. Along with his construction company, Joel also founded a custom home building company that has completed numerous multimillion-dollar residences. Throughout these experiences, Joel has become a respected construction expert in the Denver area and has developed a reputation for integrity and transparency in all his business dealings. He has built relationships with insurance companies, local construction talent, investors and other stakeholders in the real estate industry.
